Since the beginning of this year, due to the coVID-19 epidemic, the number of foreign trade companies’ orders and the import and export volume had dropped significantly. The 127th Canton Fair innovatively proposed to replace physical exhibitions with online exhibitions, providing Chinese and foreign businessmen with convenience and platforms for doing business without leaving home. It also brought hope to light industry and foreign trade enterprises to stabilize orders, and provided opportunities for global enterprises to overcome the impact of the epidemic and share economic development opportunities in China and the world.
As a garment company striving to expand overseas markets, Ningbo Jinmao Import and Export Co., Ltd. also took part in this exhibition with our own brand, NOIHSAF. For the first attempt at the online Canton Fair, our company made preparations for the live broadcast in accordance with the work guidance of the Canton Fair in advance. Online work included uploading corporate and exhibit information before the Canton Fair begins, while offline work was renting studios and recruiting models and photographers. Due to these sufficient preparations, our company had successfully held 8 live broadcasts within 10 days since the start of the Canton Fair on June 15. In order to facilitate the viewing time in Europe and South America, our live broadcast time was from 9:30 to 12:30 in the evening.
In this online Canton Fair, the staff introduced our company’s basic information and our five major products to overseas customers in detail. In order to meet the needs of different customers, each of our live broadcasts has a specific theme, such as men’s T-shirts, POLO shirts, women’s shirts, etc. Each main product has a dedicated live broadcast display.
With the unremitting efforts of all company staff, the live broadcast of the Canton Fair was successfully completed. This exhibition has improved our company’s online display and marketing capabilities, and also brought a brand-new exhibition experience in a special period.
